Dispatch-conf - I think this page needs orginizing/wikify'ing. Also I'd love for there to be usage information. dispatch-conf is an incredibly useful tool with a very obtuse user interface. That is; it's not bad(!) - just hard to learn to use; so some useage information could be really useful in the Wiki. At the very least some infomation on how to RTFM; but the FM is itself fairly hard to grok.... so yeah...
