Why are you suggesting lots of unrelated non-default settings for /etc/make.conf (and along with this /etc/portage/package.license)?--Sebastian Luther (few_) 11:18, 14 November 2011 (UTC)

- How does the make.conf in the article help with that? It contains a) lots of system specific things and b) lots of things (like all these paths) that needlessly move things around.--Sebastian Luther (few_) 18:54, 15 November 2011 (UTC)
