Title is misleading

The title Keyboard layout switching implies something like switching between multiple keyboard layouts. But most of the content of this article is about different matter, keyboard layout configuration. I would like to see all that misplaced stuff being moved to its own article, maybe Keyboard layout configuration.
Keyboard layout switching should be reserved for what the title says, namely switching between multiple keyboard layouts.
