sys-kernel/hardened-sources removal

Just stumbled over this page and found some sections that might need some updates:
- shouldn't the recommendation of sys-kernel/hardened-sources at the end of Hardened_Gentoo#Switching_to_a_Hardened_profile be removed (due to https://www.gentoo.org/news/2017/08/19/hardened-sources-removal.html)?
- the link under Hardened_Gentoo#External_resources seems to be broken (404)
I was thinking about editing the page, removing the aforementioned parts. But since I'm not really experienced with the hardened profile and most importantly editing this wiki in general, I guess it's better just to mention it here.
